Chapter 12: Big news about Blogging

  This week we went over Chapter 12 which talked about different forms of social media and the one I want to talk about is blogs mainly because this is a blog. Over the past few years, blogging has grown into a powerful online presence that allows us to share our thoughts, opinions, and interests with the world. Week 2: The Lift that almost took me out!

       Hello to my readers we are now on week 2 of my spring camp journey. To do a small recap on what happened last week we just began the year and had our first team meeting with the head coach to go over the standard and go over the scheduling for the following spring season. Also that slipped my mind last week is that we have now added a brand new strength coach who I’m a fan of and that some of our former players are going to be the assistant strength coach which I believe will help us get over the hump this coming season. Now to get into this week after a bit of a recap, we have finally gotten to week two and to be all honest it was a way harder week then the first one.   Starting off strong on Monday we had our usual morning lifts. Spring Training Day 1

 On the first day of spring camp for the football team we started off with a meeting to set the standards for the team. We went over our keep principles like toughness and discipline and we continue to build a culture here at ONU. We were also greet with new teammates that will help us get to where we need to be as a team to reach a winning season.
